Weigh In

Enter from Chicago Drive and proceed onto the scale. Stop at the intercom for instructions.

Unload & Weigh Out

Ferrous: Unload your materials into the appropriate ferrous pile. When finished, return to the scale for instructions.

Non-Ferrous: From the scale, proceed to the east side of the building. Pull into the building to unload. Exit the building and return to the one-way scale to weigh out.

Get Paid

Park and go inside the office to collect your payment.

You can scrap old vehicles, or vehicles totaled in an accident at PADNOS Black River. All you need is a valid title in your name or signed over to you as a purchaser.
What documentation do I need to bring to scrap items?

You need to bring a current, valid government-issued picture ID. If you are bringing in a vehicle, you will also need to bring the title.
